Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using OneCarbon OS ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Description of Services
OneCarbon OS provides carbon credit lifecycle management, digital MRV infrastructure, registry integration, market intelligence, and compliance reporting services. The Platform is designed for enterprise carbon management and is not intended for consumer use.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations
- Accuracy of information you provide
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's integrity
- Submit false or misleading carbon data
- Resell or redistribute Platform services without authorization
Service Level Agreement
Enterprise customers are entitled to our 99.9% uptime SLA as specified in their service agreement. Standard support response times and escalation procedures are detailed in your subscription agreement.
